Great service! CLEAN ROOMS!! Superb, customer service! My family and I stayed for one night because our house had gotten fumigated. From manager Gustavo Deleon to custodial staff, all exhibited exemplary customer service! Will definitely stay again!
I read the other reviews about roaches and a smell of dirt but i saw neither. The young lady at the front desk was incredible and myneoom was spotless something must have changed in this hotel an its qas definitely for the better

This is a well run property. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and very clean. No bugs anywhere around - not even an ant. Many shops and restaurants in the area within a few minute drive. Definitely recommend.
This is a fine hotel. In my opinion, the people leaving the bad reviews must be the kind that have to complain at everything. The room was clean. The mattresses were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The bathroom was clean. The hotel is a modern hotel that appears to be well maintained. I have stayed at Hampton Inns that are very similar to this one. If you are not a natural-born complainer, this is a fine place to stay. The location is in a good area near restaurants. The exterior is kept up. I have no complaints and can recommend this hotel. I would absolutely stay here again. Manager, no need to thank me. Just keep doing the good job you are doing. Literally the only thing I found out of order was one 6" long hair in the shower floor, but that doesn't affect anything. I was in room 106. BTW.....they don't turn off the elevators. That would be against the law.
